In September 2024, she joined NAMASTE Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as a Sales Consultant, where she specialized in delivering onboard presentations to international tourists on luxury cruises. This role not only allowed her to apply her academic knowledge but also significantly enhanced her communication and public speaking skills.

Driven to explore new horizons, Ngọc Trâm later transitioned into the field of education, becoming an Educational Consultant at Apollo English Vietnam. In this position, she was responsible for advising prospective students, helping numerous learners improve their English proficiency.
