On March 21, 2026, amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Youth Month and in celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), the Youth Union and Student Association of Kien Giang College successfully organized the Youth Camp 2026 with the participation of 24 sub-camps and over 800 union members and young people. The camp was an opportunity for the school's youth to interact, learn, hone their skills, promote solidarity and creativity, and learn about traditions.

The program took place in a solemn yet lively atmosphere with many meaningful activities such as a competition for setting up and decorating campsites among 24 sub-camps; honoring 3 outstanding young Party members and 7 outstanding Youth Union officials; a fashion show with the theme "Vietnamese Colors"; traditional folk games such as tug-of-war and sack race relay; and an emotional campfire program, contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and camaraderie among the campers. The success of the camp was achieved thanks to the guidance and support of the Party Committee and the School Board; the coordination of the Departments, Faculties, and Centers; the companionship of the esteemed teachers, the School Youth Union Executive Committee, the Student Association, the team of collaborators, and especially the enthusiasm and responsibility of the campers.

In addition, the camp received support from sponsors, contributing significantly to the overall success of the program, including the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) – Kien Giang Branch; Saigon Eye Hospital Kien Giang; and the American-Vietnamese International English Center – AVES. The  Youth Camp 2026 concluded with many positive impressions, further affirming the spirit of "KGC Youth – Reaching for the Times," promoting the pioneering and creative role of young people in learning, training, and building a dynamic and civilized educational environment.
