On March 14, 2026, the Kien Giang College team, consisting of 5 members, participated in the 2026 An Giang Province World Office Informatics Championship held at An Giang University. The competition featured 103 contestants from various schools and educational institutions across An Giang province.

In the final results, Trần Anh Thư, a student from the Information Technology class of Batch 19, and Ngô Phước Lộc, a student from the Applied Informatics 2 class of the 9+ College program, Batch 5, excellently won the two Encouragement Prizes in the competition.

The competition was a meaningful activity in response to the National Digital Transformation Program, contributing to raising awareness and creating opportunities for students to access office informatics skills based on international standards, while also promoting exchange and international integration among young people. The event also served as a significant activity celebrating the election of the 16th National Assembly deputies and People’s Council representatives at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, as well as commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026).
