English The “Grassroots-Level Excellent Propagandist Contest” at Kien Giang College was organized to enhance the quality of communication and dissemination of the Party’s resolutions. It also served as an opportunity for cadres and Party members to demonstrate their sense of responsibility, improve their research, synthesis, presentation, and practical application skills, thereby contributing to bringing the Party’s resolutions into real life, closely linked with the political tasks of each Party cell and unit.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan – Head of the Organizing Committee – emphasized the importance of innovating communication methods. He highlighted the requirement for each propagandist to continuously improve political steadfastness, professional expertise, and presentation skills, thereby ensuring that the Party’s guidelines and resolutions are implemented in a practical and effective manner.
The contest was conducted in three rounds: outline evaluation, presentation, and Q&A, with the participation of 14 contestants from various Party cells. All participants demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and serious investment in both content and presentation. Many entries were of high quality, with solid arguments, close alignment with practical situations, and clear demonstration of communication skills, presentation ability, and the application of Party resolutions to professional work and daily life. The contest atmosphere was lively, democratic, and created a positive impact among cadres, Party members, staff, and students.
After a period of enthusiastic, serious, and responsible competition, the contest successfully completed all planned contents, leaving many positive impressions. In the closing remarks, Mr. Le Trung Kien – Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee – highly appreciated the careful preparation and dedication of the contestants, as well as the fairness and objectivity of the judging panel and the effective coordination among related units. Through the contest, many propagandists demonstrated their competence, confidence, and persuasive communication skills, contributing to improving the quality of grassroots communication work in the future.

The 2026 Grassroots-Level Excellent Propagandist Contest has officially concluded, leaving many positive impressions and valuable experiences for organizing future activities. It is expected that, following this contest, the college’s team of propagandists will continue to promote their role, contributing to improving the effectiveness of political and ideological education across the institution.
Mr. Huynh Hoang Son – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee – presented Third Prizes to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Giao and Ms. Le Thi Thu Nha.
